Our shrimp grows in low-density ponds in the Gulf of Guayaquil, with tide-renewed water and balanced feed. The result: firm, sweet, naturally colored meat that no intensive Asian shrimp farm can match.
We don't mean blocks labeled as IQF. We mean individual quick freezing tunnels at -40°C that preserve the live texture of shrimp for 12 months at -18°C. They reach the end customer loose, not as a brick.

We operate with ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) and BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) — the world's two most demanding certifications in shrimp farming. Traceability from nauplius to refrigerated container.
Our entire catalogue starts from the same species: Litopenaeus vannamei from the Gulf of Guayaquil. We process it in four formats — HLSO, PD, HOSO and Easy-Peel — with up to seventeen sizes per format. We freeze in IQF, block, semi-IQF or brine, according to the importer's protocol.
REF · HLSO Headless, shell-on. The preferred format for HORECA chains and processors who prefer to glaze or season before service.
REF · PD Peeled, deveined, with or without tail. Ready for direct service in restaurants, catering and premium foodservice. Available with butterfly cut.
REF · HOSO Whole, head-on, shell-on. Traditional presentation for premium retail and Asian markets that value the complete specimen.
REF · EZ-PEEL Shell split along the back, vein removed. Combines the premium presentation of HLSO with the ease of peeling of PD.

Our shrimp export logistics are not outsourced: we control every variable — temperature, time, humidity, glaze — from harvest to container. Each shipment generates a traceable lot report with sensor readings, packing photographs and complete EU / UK documentation.
